Say this out loud and fix that gorgeous crown upon your head:
Tips for really making these affirmations count (place hand on your heart, take a deep breath in and exhale, then boldly proclaim them out loud, or look in the mirror and again boldly proclaim them). Truth even when we struggle to believe it SETS US FREE!
I AM ENOUGH
I AM WORTHY
I AM IMPORTANT
I AM LOVEABLE
I AM SAFE NOW
I AM BEAUTIFUL JUST AS I AM
I AM KIND
I AM CALM
I AM PEACEFUL
I AM CHOSEN
I AM LOVED
I AM FORGIVEN
I AM NOT FORESAKEN
I HAVE ALL I NEED (Read Psalm 23 at least once a week over yourself)
