Good Morning and Happy Wednesday! Let's dig right into feeling to heal - we do it together!

Our inner healing journey is not linear. There is NO one path, timing, or specific way for everyone. You are unique and your healing will be as well.
What is not unique to you is how the body heals. Our thoughts and every word we speak over ourselves is life and death. Thus, why God says to be very careful what we meditate upon, believe and allow to cross our lips.
Can we control our thoughts? Yes.
Can we stop the thoughts that invade our mind? No, but we are given a sound mind and one that can hold every thought captive and never let it exalt itself above God.
Bessel van der Kolk, a leading expert in trauma healing and author of The Body Keeps Score, emphasizes that the two most important words in trauma recovery are: "Just Notice."
Why? Because trauma disconnects us from our bodies and emotions. It pulls us into survival mode, where we either react impulsively or shut down completely. But healing doesn’t come from forcing change—it comes from noticing what is already there, without judgment.
What does “Just Notice” mean?
Instead of pushing feelings away or analyzing them, we observe them with curiosity.
Notice the tightness in your chest.
Notice how your breath changes when you feel anxious.
Notice the impulse to withdraw or people-please.
This simple act of noticing creates space between you and your reaction. It gives your nervous system a moment to pause, integrate, and process—something trauma often robs us of.
